PG&E - Drum West Watershed

Potter Valley Area

PG&E manages campgrounds on or near reservoirs used for hydro-electric production.  Campgrounds are open to the public for a fee.  American Land & Leisure operates these campgrounds under a special use permit.  The Eel River Basin and Lake Pillsbury are north east of the Potter Valley community in Northern California.

 

TROUT CREEK CAMPGROUND

This smaller campground on the Eel River has 17 sites where campers enjoy swimming, fishing and non-motorized boating on the river.

The following campgrounds are located on Lake Pillsbury which is about 40 miles from Ukiah, California:

Fuller Grove Campground has 23 sites, including 6 double sites, a boat launch and a group site which holds up to 50 people.

Oak Flat Campground

Oak Flat is an overflow campground with 12 designated campsites and additional dispersed sites. There is no potable water.  This campground is open year-round and is the only OHV designated campground on Lake Pillsbury.
