What to do for shopping/eating overload

Get Outdoors!

We've been shopping and eating (maybe over-eating) since Thanksgiving.  It's time to get outdoors.  Go for a hike or just a walk around the block.  Notice the birds you see along the way.  Often there are different birds in the winter than during the summer months.  Squirrels are also fun to watch as they find and bury their acorns.

So get out into the fresh air and break up that eat-shop-sleep habit.
