South Fork Campground sits on the banks of the South Fork Ogden River between Causey and Pineview Reservoirs.  South Fork and Pineview are in the Ogden River Valley (Ogden Valley for short); not to be confused with the valley where the city of Ogden lies.  South Fork is nestled in a canyon of the Wasatch Mountains at 5,200 feet elevation just 7 miles east of Huntsville, UT.

Campers enjoy tubing and fishing in the river.  Moose and deer have been known to wander through the campground.  South Fork has 8 double and 34 single family sites.  Vault toilets and drinking water are provided.  Firewood is available for purchase from the host.  Roads and parking spurs are gravel.

South Fork is generally open from mid-May through mid-September.  About half the campsites are for first-come-first-served campers.  One loop has sites that may be reserved at least 4 days in advance of your arrival.  Check rates and availability on Recreation.gov \ South Fork Campground
