Lake Macumber Campground is located near the west entrance of Lassen Volcanic National Park on Macumber Reservoir.  The campground is open year-round.  Some sites are reservable for your future camping trip and some are for first-come-first-served campers.  8 sites have parking spurs and 5 walk-in sites are set up for tenters.  Follow the link to check rates, availability, directions, alerts and make your reservations:  PG&E Recreation Reservations

Campers enjoy fishing, swimming and non-motorized boating from Lake Macumber Campground.  Campsites have picnic table and fire ring.  Vault toilets, drinking water and garbage receptacles are provided.  Lake Macumber Campground is easy to get to from Redding via Hwy 44.
