Shingle Creek Campground has 21 developed campsites with picnic tables and fire rings.  Drinking water, vault toilets and garbage containers are also provided.  All sites are first-come-first-served.  No reservations are accepted.  There is a pay station onsite and the Campground Managers can make change and sell firewood.

Shingle Creek is about 10 miles east of Kamas, on the Mirror Lake Scenic Highway, and provides a great place to view wildlife and enjoy the tranquility of the Uinta Mountains.  The area is full of opportunities for ATV riding, stream fishing and hiking.  Catch Brook trout in Shingle Creek; part of the Provo River drainage.  Shingle Creek Trail #069 provides an excellent opportunity for early-season hiking starting in June and is usually open into October.   ATV trails are available from the campground and Taylor's Fork ATV Trailhead is within a couple miles.
